Reservations open for both the Jersey Jim Fire Tower and the Aspen Guard Cabin for the 2024 season Friday March 1st, 2024 at 1:00pm MST. DO NOT put reservations requests in for any other year. You will be denied. 

The process: Due to the popularity of these rentals, reservations are on a first come-first serve basis.

1. Choose your date(s).

• Jersey Jim Fire Tower - 1 night minimum, 2 night maximum
• Aspen Guard Cabin - 2 night minimum - 4+ maximum

2. Submit a reservation request.

3. If you are approved, you will receive an email asking you to accept the terms/agreement and pay the amount due.

4. Once we have received your payment, you will receive a confirmation email and the date(s) will be marked booked.

• If, however we DO NOT receive your acceptance/payment within the allotted time frame, those dates open to the next person who requested that date or dates. The same applies to them.

• Anyone who is not approved for their reservation request will receive a notification declining their reservation and will be placed on the waitlist for the dates they selected. If there is a cancellation, we will reach out to those listed first.

JUST BECAUSE YOU MADE A REQUEST DOES NOT MEAN YOU WERE THE "FIRST" TO REQUETS THAT OR THOSE DATES AND DOES NOT GUARANTEE YOU WILL GET THAT DATE OR RESERVATION.

• You may make multiple requests, HOWEVER, there are thousands of requests (especially if multiple requests are made by the same person) and they have to be sorted through one at at time. We ask for your patience in this matter as it takes time (up to 2 weeks). If you do not hear back about your request right away, please be patient. Booking these is our priority and we understand that many of you plan trips around the stay.
